The group struggled, showed little of the unity the project demanded, and the work was shelved.
Avi took it back. He rebuilt the architecture from the ground up — alone. The 21 microservices, 69 domain events, 6 AI pipelines, the $CIV token economy, the original welfare loss research — all of it is his design. What was once a stalled collaboration is now an enterprise-grade platform with a scope that spans every democracy on earth.
This is not unusual for him. Avi is also the architect behind Bloomiya, an AI venture. He builds systems that restructure how value moves through society. Governance. Civic contribution.
